Reena Anand
Neurodiversity Coach
Expert in intersectional neurodiversity inclusion, bridging cultural identity with workplace transformation and neuro-affirming practice.
About Reena
Reena Anand is an expert in intersectional neurodiversity inclusion, specialising in bridging cultural identity with workplace transformation. As founder of Being Inclusive, she works with major corporations including Sky Global and Digitas to redesign inclusion strategies that address multiple identity layers simultaneously.
Her legal and ombudsman background handling race and disability discrimination cases together with her research interests, provide evidence-based insight into systemic barriers affecting neurodivergent communities of colour.
Recognised with the Freedom of the City of London and a Baton Award for outstanding achievements in autism and race advocacy, Reena brings a unique perspective as both professional consultant and South Asian mother of two neurodivergent children. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching for the Workplace and is a Professional Associate of Leeds Beckett University's Centre for Race, Education and Decoloniality as well as a Trustee of the Race Equality Foundation.
Having navigated inadequate services firsthand, she challenges the misconception that diversity work can be standardised, revealing how cultural context shapes every aspect of neurodivergent experience. Reena’s talks equip leaders with frameworks to create neuro-affirming workplaces that celebrate differences rather than simply accommodate them.
"Neuro-affirming workplaces must celebrate difference rather than simply accommodate it."
