Jamie Bykov-Brett serves as Chief Technology Officer at Calling All Minds, bringing a rare combination of deep technical capability, human-centred design, and a lifelong commitment to ensuring that when technology changes the world, nobody gets left behind.

Jamie's career began not in a boardroom but in the communities that most consultants never see. Supported by The Prince's Trust after leaving school with little to his name, he spent six years in outreach work across prisons, gang interventions, youth offending services, and job centres in London — working with some of the most marginalised communities in the city. He went on to develop the Trust's national STEM strategy, connecting people furthest from opportunity into a sector that can feel inherently academic and elitist. At 24, he delivered a TEDx talk on digital inequality and the human cost of technological disruption, arguing that 35% of jobs known today will be automated within two decades, and that the people furthest from opportunity will always be hit first.

That conviction has shaped everything since. At the Open Society Foundations, Jamie managed global talent development across offices in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, overseeing a budget exceeding $3 million. At The Prince's Trust, he led digital transformation training for over 1,500 staff across more than 70 multi-day sessions. He later led the AI and Digital Identity curriculum at Metacampus, delivering a 12-week programme at the cutting edge of AI advancement, and served as AI Consultant and Learning Technologist at Insights, where his AI upskilling programme achieved a 9.7/10 NPS, a 115% uplift in confidence choosing AI tools, and 86% daily AI use among participants.

Jamie is the founder of Bykov-Brett Enterprises and co-founder of Beyond XR, through which he has delivered AI transformation programmes for FTSE-listed companies, Russell Group universities, and public sector organisations. He built a working AI assistant three years before Amazon launched Alexa, and the tools and workflows he recommends to clients are the same ones he uses to run his own business every day. He is a Perplexity Institute Fellow, CIPD qualified, and has been named in Engatica's World's Top 200 Business and Technology Innovators.
