Come shape what's next.

At Calling All Minds, we build systems that respond to real life — not just policy or protocol. We're creating tools, structures, and environments that unlock potential, challenge convention, and make it easier for people to do their best work.

We're always looking to connect with people who see the world a little differently — people who lead with thoughtfulness, build with clarity, and care deeply about the impact of their work.

Whether your background is in tech, operations, design, education, or something unexpected — if our mission resonates, we'd love to hear from you.

Make a Difference in Higher Education

At Calling All Minds, we believe every student deserves the tools to thrive.

We're expanding our national network of qualified DSA specialist coaches — delivering non-medical helper (NMH) support to disabled and neurodivergent students across UK universities.

If you're an experienced study skills tutor, ADHD coach, autism mentor, or inclusion professional, we'd love to work with you.

Why Join Us

Work with a trusted, inclusive organisation known for neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Get matched with students through DSA and NMH-funded referrals.

Use the AXS Passport, our innovative inclusion tool linking coaching outcomes to real system change.

Stay connected through peer supervision, community meet-ups, and reflective practice.

Remain independent — but never alone. We give you the structure, tools, and referrals so you can focus on what matters most: helping students succeed.

We welcome experienced professionals such as:

  • Band 4 DSA NMH specialists
  • Autism and ADHD mentors
  • Dyslexia and dyspraxia study skills tutors
  • Mental health and wellbeing mentors
  • Inclusive education coaches and trainers

If you're passionate about access, equity, and student success — you'll fit right in.

Our Approach

We're neurodiversity-affirming, anti-racist, and trauma-informed.

We welcome coaches from all backgrounds — particularly those with lived experience of disability or neurodivergence.

Together, we're creating an education system where difference is seen, supported, and celebrated.

Join us in building Anticipatory Welcome

At Calling All Minds, we believe inclusion should not depend on someone having to disclose, explain or fight for support. Our philosophy is Anticipatory Welcome: designing systems, services and digital experiences that expect human difference and make support available before people have to ask.

That philosophy shapes the people we work with and the products we build. Our network includes neurodiversity coaches, assistive technology trainers, workplace needs assessors, inclusive coaches, HR and learning specialists, and practitioners with lived experience of disability and neurodivergence.

Across the team, our specialists bring decades of experience in neurodiversity, disability inclusion, assistive technology, workplace adjustments, coaching, education, leadership development and accessibility. This includes practitioners who have supported thousands of clients, delivered workplace and university support, led large training programmes and shaped practice across the sector.

Our work is also shaped by recognised voices in the field, including Atif Choudhury, whose career has helped move neurodiversity and disability inclusion from awareness into practical systems change.

Our practitioner network includes experience across leadership coaching, assistive technology, study skills support, workplace strategy coaching, needs assessment, HR, learning and development, accessibility audits, neurodiversity training and reasonable adjustments.

If you want your work to help build systems that welcome people before they have to ask, we would love to hear from you.
