Atif Choudhury BA (Hons), MSc, MEd is a visionary social entrepreneur and systems thinker, committed to reimagining inclusion through the lens of intersectionality, lived experience, and structural change. He is the CEO of Calling All Minds, a pioneering venture dedicated to unlocking human potential through neurodivergent leadership, inclusive design, and workplace equity.
Prior to this, Atif was the co-founder and CEO of Diversity and Ability (D&A), where he led the organisation to support over 250,000 individuals and more than 200 institutions. That mission and momentum live on through Calling All Minds. Atif’s sole and passionate focus.
Atif also serves as a Trustee and Board Member of Disability Rights UK, the country’s leading pan-disability-led charity championing equity and participation for all those with lived experience of disability or health conditions.
His influence extends globally. He has advised the World Health Organisation on assistive technology through its Rapid Assistive Technology Board, co-founded Zaytoun CIC, the first Fairtrade Palestinian olive oil cooperative and sits on the advisory board for Neurodiversity in Business. Currently, a lead voice for the ADHD NHS Taskforce and a judge for the Shaw Trust Power 100, Atif’s work spans digital equity, homelessness, mental health, and global policy, consistently rooted in a profound commitment to challenging injustice and dismantling systemic barriers.
