About Atif

Atif Choudhury is a globally respected leader in disability justice and neurodiversity inclusion. As CEO of Calling All Minds, Atif brings deep vision, lived experience, and decades of strategic advocacy to the heart of our work — helping organisations build systems where everyone can belong, participate, and lead.

Atif's leadership is rooted in community. Prior to Calling All Minds, he was the co-founder and CEO of Diversity and Ability (D&A), where he supported over 100,000 individuals and 200+ organisations to reduce social, educational and digital exclusion among disabled, neurodiverse and homeless populations.

His work has always gone beyond training and audits — he builds movements. Atif has led high-impact grassroots initiatives across the UK, the Middle East and Asia. His work with NGOs like Citizens Online, St Mungo's, and Crisis has shaped national conversations on digital exclusion, homelessness, and disabling poverty.

""Nothing about us without us" isn't a motto — it's a blueprint."
