Dr. Dali Sanghera

Dali Sanghera is Managing Director at Accenture Middle East & Africa, where she leads V&A and drives strategic growth, innovation, and inclusive transformation across diverse markets. A globally experienced executive, she brings a cross-cultural lens and a deep commitment to building equitable workplaces where every voice, background, and way of thinking is valued.

As an Executive Committee member, Dali partners with C-suite leaders to shape strategy, advance market growth, and embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the heart of enterprise transformation. She is a vocal advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace, drawing on her own lived experience with ADHD and neurodivergent learning to challenge bias, reshape talent practices, and create environments where different minds thrive.

Academically grounded in Business and Finance, Dali is a Chartered Management Accountant and Master NLP Coaching Practitioner. This blend of commercial rigour and human-centred coaching informs her work across sustainability, AI, and responsible business — and underpins her advocacy for inclusive leadership, intersectional representation, and equitable access to opportunity.

Beyond her corporate role, Dali is a committed champion of women, minorities, and cross-sectional communities. She mentors and sponsors emerging female leaders, advocates for working parents, and partners with organisations expanding access to education and employment for under-represented youth — particularly young girls and those from disadvantaged or marginalised backgrounds.
